This is a commentary where you get to write the comments and not just read them! I’d like to invite you to explore the Bible with me. Add your thoughts. Read other people’s. Contribute to and bone up on the background info. Work on it, and let it work on you. I’m starting with Mark’s Gospel – which happens to be the New Testament reading at Morning Prayer just now. If I can I’ll keep up with the daily sections, but – we’ll see. The page marked ‘Index’ on the right will give you a list of postings so far (backwards order biblically I’m afraid) so that you can go back and look at and coment on earlier ones. The Bible text given here has to be an old one so it’s out of copyright – the American Standard for the moment. Sorry. But perhaps it will spur you on to get out your own Good Book and look at that too.
